Among forests and forgotten bunkers near Tirana’s airport, the project discovers an oasis where history and nature intertwine. Housing clusters follow invisible currents, a spiral of movement inspired by the spirit and memory of the place. The masterplan preserves the central woodland and liberates the buried structures, turning ruins into spaces of life. Between past and present, continuity and transformation, the city takes shape as a landscape of renewal.
