The project emerges as a constellation of inhabited islands within the wetlands of the Mati River delta. Elevated above shifting tides, they host a hotel, apartments, and villas while preserving ecological continuity. At its core lies community: houses, terraces, and generous open spaces encourage encounter and exchange. Between resilience and fragility, permanence and change, the project becomes a living landscape where architecture, nature, and people are deeply interconnected.
